Method

  1. Rim a rocks glass with Tajín or pink salt.
  2. Fill with ice and pour in your South Norte Paloma.
  3. Lightly clap the rosemary between your hands to release its aroma, then add it to the glass.
  4. Garnish with grapefruit. Add a splash of sparkling water if you like it extra fizzy.
